Delivery and Returns

At Dangerous Goods Supplies Ltd (trading as HazStock), we understand that timely and reliable delivery is crucial to your business. Our delivery and returns policies are designed to ensure efficiency, transparency, and flexibility, so you can focus on what matters most—running your operations.


Standard Delivery (Ireland)

  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12 noon are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Cost: €10 on all orders under €100 and €20 on all orders of €100 or higher

Standard Delivery (Mainland EU)

  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12 noon are typically dispatched the same business day.

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

  • Cost: €20 on all orders under €200 and €35 on all orders of €200 or higher

Bulk or Pallet Orders

  • For high-volume orders or palletised shipments, a dedicated account manager will coordinate delivery scheduling and logistics.

  • Delivery times and charges will be confirmed at the point of order.

International Delivery

  • We ship to Ireland and all mainland EU countries. 

  • Please contact our sales team for a tailored quote and lead time based on your destination and order size.


Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our labels and packaging solutions. However, we recognise that occasionally, a product may need to be returned.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Custom-printed or bespoke label orders are non-returnable, unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@hazstock.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Returns must be received within 10 working days of authorisation.

Refunds & Credits

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 working days via the original payment method.

  • For B2B accounts, credits can be applied to your account if preferred.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
