These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of labels and related products through our website, www.HazStock.com, to business customers only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website and all transactions conducted through it are intended exclusively for business customers. Consumers, as defined under Irish and EU law, are not eligible to purchase from this site.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Dangerous Goods Supplies Ltd.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order but acknowledges receipt.

A contract is formed only upon dispatch of the goods or confirmation of fulfilment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

Title to goods passes only upon full payment.

6. Returns and Defective Goods

Returns are accepted only with prior agreement and are subject to a restocking fee unless the product is defective.

Defective goods must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Remedies for defective goods are limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or supply of our products.

Total liability under any contract shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product descriptions, and designs remain the property of Dangerous Goods Supplies Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without our prior written consent.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
